Customer Centricity
Everything starts with our clients' success. We measure our work by the results it drives for your business, not by deliverables checked off a list.
We bring scientific fluency and commercial discipline into the same room, so the strategy, the systems that run it, and the story a customer sees all come from people who have done the work, not just advised on it. Every engagement is measured by results for your business, not by the deliverables we hand over.
To help companies bring breakthroughs to market faster and see them pay off sooner.
Four commitments that hold on every engagement, including the parts of it that are uncomfortable.
Everything starts with our clients' success. We measure our work by the results it drives for your business, not by deliverables checked off a list.
We take initiative and follow through on what we commit to. If something isn't working, we say so early rather than waiting for a client to ask.
We work alongside your team, bringing cross-functional and cross-regional perspective built over 24 years leading global commercial teams, most deeply in life sciences and healthcare. Better strategy comes from more than one lens in the room.
We give clients the truth, including when it's not what they want to hear. That means honest scope, honest timelines, and honest tradeoffs.
Strategy, technology and design under one roof, so the business plan, the systems that run it and the way it looks to a customer are built by the same people.

Co-Founder & CTO
Rafi Ghazarian is a technology executive with direct experience building healthcare and life science platforms under clinical-grade standards. As co-founder and chief architect of Private Access, he designed and delivered a privacy-enabled search platform that connected rare-disease patients with clinical trials in days rather than months, at a fraction of conventional cost. Pfizer came on as launch partner and largest investor. Forbes ranked it the eighth most promising technology startup in the country. Every system he built carried full HIPAA responsibility across integrations, data flows, and access controls.
His work in life science extends beyond Private Access. Through his advisory practice, he has worked with ResMed and Endologix on technology strategy and execution for organizations operating at the intersection of medical devices, patient data, and regulated clinical environments. He understands what it takes to build and scale technology in an industry where compliance is a design constraint, not a checklist.
Rafi advises and executes alongside leadership teams on the technology decisions that drive business development and growth. He has spent three decades building platforms in regulated, data-sensitive environments, and applies that discipline to helping organizations implement AI responsibly, scale their technology operations, and turn technical capability into positive business outcomes.

Technology Lead
Razmik Bourtoutian leads engineering delivery with the instincts of someone who has built things with his hands his whole career — first as a designer and entrepreneur, then as a developer, and now as a technical lead.
He started his career in Lebanon, spending over a decade as co-owner and graphic designer of Photo Chant while also managing IT projects and teaching photography and design, before moving fully into software engineering.
He built his engineering foundation as a JavaScript Developer at Tripnologies and Iguan Systems, rising to Team Lead, then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies, Acumen Technologies Armenia, and Proxify across international, remote-first teams.
Today, as Tech Lead at Medoxi Consulting, he sets the technical direction for the engineering team and drives delivery from architecture through execution.
